1. Optimiser Mode
Choose whether you are optimising dimensional timber or 2D sheet goods.
Free plan includes Linear Timber. Pro unlocks Sheet Goods.
2. Cut Settings
Kerf is applied between adjacent cuts. The offcut threshold is used by the linear timber module.
3. Timber Sizes & Stock Lengths
Choose a mixture of timber sizes and select the standard lengths available for each size.
Free plan supports up to 2 timber sizes in use per project.
4. Linear Cut List
Enter each required timber cut length and quantity.

Enter rectangular parts for nesting. Rotation lets the optimiser turn pieces 90 degrees if it helps.
